[Pkg-anonymity-tools] Bug#796216: Please change default button on first launch to "Cancel"

Hello

On first launch of torbrowser-launcher, you get a Downloading window with an
"Exit" button.

I feel it would be better to rename it "Cancel", especially when you have a
slow debconf network and it takes a while to show activity.
