[Pkg-anonymity-tools] Removing torbutton from the archive?

I've just realized that torbutton isn't maintained under the umbrella
of pkg-anonymity-tools, but rather of pkg-mozext-maintainers, so
technically I can't ask for a RoM removal myself.

Lunar, if you agree we should drop it, please do it:
