[Pkg-anonymity-tools] Bug#804394: Bug#804394: torbrowser-launcher: recommends alpha updates due to 5.5a4-hardened being added

It would be greatly helpful if people that don't ordinarily write code, go in to have a look at the code and try to send a patch upstream.

Most people working on this team have a shit-ton of other responsibilities. More people need to step up and contribute to FOSS. Freedom is not free.
