The big feature here is support for ephemeral hidden services. If the
version of stem and tor on the system are new enough, it automatically
uses ephemeral hidden services. Otherwise it falls back to the old kind
that touches the filesystem.
This is exciting because it leads the way for OnionShare to work with a
system tor, instead of needing Tor Browser open in the background. There
still other stuff to work out though before it'll just work, like you
need to edit the torrc to enable the ControlPort, and right now
OnionShare doesn't support authentication to it.
What's new:
* Add support for ephemeral hidden
* Stopped leaking sender's locale on download page
* Add support for Tor Messenger as provider of Tor service
* Minor bugfixes, code cleanup, and refactoring
