[Pkg-anonymity-tools] OnionShare 0.8 released

I just released version 0.8.1, which has a few bugfixes, including one
that affects Jessie users.

What's new:

* Fixed crash in Windows 7
* Fixed crash related to non-ephemeral hidden services in Linux
* Fixed minor bugs
