[Pkg-anonymity-tools] wrong version displayed by torbrowser-launcher in jessie…

Hi,

from #-release:

torbrowser-launchers future we might need to go with a new upstream version 
for real still. but i guess thats a just a "fear" now and we will see for 
real, when+if such a need arise. (me mostly thinks about fixes using the new 
python-twisted based code…)

< h01ger> | oh no+ffs. in the torbrowser-upload i forgot to change 
share/torbrowser-launcher/version from 0.1.9 to 0.1.9+deb8u2, sigh. i did so 
in december but forgot to do so when rebasing the work. gaaaaaah. not sure if 
this warrants a +deb8u3…

< h01ger> | its used to gather the version display by the launcher
< jcristau> if it's just cosmetic, then no it doesn't warrant a +deb8u3
< h01ger> | it doesnt matter now, when things work, but when things break it 
will be very useful

I've added that change now in the (unreleased) debian/jessie branch for 
+deb8u3 (and the tests on jenkins.d.n were very helpful to immediatly spot a 
mistake I made when doing so…)
