[Pkg-audacious-maintainers] Bug#497602: -t argument only works if audacious is already running

The audacious man page documents the "-t" switch as follows:

       -t, --play-pause
              Pause if playing, play otherwise.

This would suggest that the expected behaviour when no audacious is
running would be to start up an instance of audacious and begin playing
when the command "audacious -t" is issued.

Instead, audacious starts in stopped mode. If "audacious -t" is issued
again, audacious will now begin playing as expected. Likewise, issuing
the command a third time will pause playback as expected.
