I've downgraded to 2.1 and I now see the "Invalid UTF-8" in the title.
So, this seems to be a problem in 2.1 that has already been fixed in the
current development version. I am attaching two screenshots, one of 2.1
and one of the development version, both run with your config, for
comparison.

(Note that, in the development version, the Chinese characters in the
title show up as blanks in the main window because you are using the
Audacious's bitmap font there. To get the characters to show up the main
window, you need to uncheck the "Use bitmap fonts" option in Preferences
-> Skinned Interface.)
