Please run it as audacious2 --no-log, and remove any third-party plugins.  They may need to be rebuilt due to the PAPI changes in 2.1.

i am getting a seg fault whenever i am trying to start audacious. it looks like this:

Segmentation fault

when i delete the settings dir (~/.config/audacious) only "Segmentation fault" remains
