[Pkg-awstats-devel] Bug#440035: NMU

as this bug is

1. Easy to fix.
2. Very annoying.
3. Not touched since reporting.

I'm going to NMU with patch attached by reporter. As currently one NMU
did happen, I'll wait till it gets to testing.
