Everything shipped as source - both tarball and Debian patch, should be 
checked for copyright and licensing info.

If you are lazy, then simply ignore the warning.  But don't silence it, 
as others (me included) care about getting copyright and licensing info 
accurate.

Packaging updated now regarding above - and a bunch of other nitpicking 
changes: Please read the commit messages, and please do bring it up here 
on the list if you disagree or are puzzled about any of the changes.
