[Pkg-awstats-devel] Bug#569474: Acknowledgement of maintainer-only report (Updating the awstats Uploaders list)

I'm sorry, this was obviously a bit nonsense. Happened because I
mis-used a script. :(

What I'm actually asking you is to remove Charles Frey (cfry) from the
uploaders list as he has been inactive for quite some time (and he knows
about this).
