Upgrade config's scheme & handle transition.

Now we have:

/etc/awstats/awstats.conf (Include /etc/awstats/awstats.conf.local) -
just regular config for "main" domain.
/etc/awstats/awstats.*.conf - other domains.

Could be:
/etc/awstats/awstats.conf (Include /etc/awstats/awstats.conf.local) -
common part.
/etc/awstats/awstats.*.conf (Include /etc/awstats/awstats.conf) - domains.

Pros:
1) We don't need to override some custom settings for "main" domain, if
awstats.conf is included in awstats.somedomain.conf.
2) Easy to handle in scripts.
