[Pkg-awstats-devel] removed myself from uploaders.

Hello all!

I'd like to officially announce my withdrawal from awstats packaging.
I've not been able to invest as much time as I'd like to in helping
out maintaining the package and it doesn't look like I'll get more
free time or that awstats will rise on my personal list of
interesting things to spend time on.

Given that Sergey has been kicking ass, Jonas is still active,
and now Ken has popped up I'm pretty sure you'll be doing fine
without me.

Thanks for your work on awstats. I have and will continue
to enjoy it. :)
