[Pkg-awstats-devel] awstats doesn't update automatically

Hi,

  I have a Debian Squeeze server (amd64) on which it is running awstats.
I've noticed that awstats statistics don't update using cron (but manual 
update works fine).

Looking at "/etc/cron.d/awstats" I see that awstats runs as "www-data", 
but permissions on "/var/log/apache2" don't let "www-data" read the file.

I think that one possible solution is to run the awstats cron job as "root".
