[Pkg-azure-team] Updates to waagent in Debian

Hi,

There have been updated releases to waagent since your last upload. Version
2.1.6.8 has been released.

When you package this, please consider doing so as part of the new Azure
Packaging team. Team maintainence brings more eyes to the package allowing
us to ensure we've got the best package possible.

We're hanging out in #debian-azure on irc.oftc.net if you'd like to drop in
and have a chat with us.

If you'd like to join the team, please let me know your Alioth username so I
can add you to the group.
