[Pkg-azure-team] Azure SDK for Ruby in Debian

My timezone is GMT+1 (BST) and the best times to find me in IRC are
afternoons and evenings.

As a quick run down of the things I've got started on:

 * packaged ruby-haikunator
 * packaged ruby-timeliness
 * packaged ruby-ms-rest
 * packaged ruby-ms-rest-azure
 * packaged ruby-azure-sdk
 * packaged vagrant-azure (this is ending up quite heavily patched)
 * still need ruby-azure-storage

We can also now migrate your Azure packages to the team to have them all
under shared version control. If you would like to be a co-maintainer for
any of the Ruby packages then I'm perfectly happy with this.
