[pkg-bioc] Hosting an apt-getable repo at Alioth

Hi Wichert,

I tried to IRC you at #alioth, without success.  Here is the transcript of
the chat with Lo-lan-do:

  developers are planing to use the web space at alioth.d.o for hosting an
  apt-getable repository for the CRAN/BioC packages. 
<Raf> The question is: the repo will take up to 5 Gb of disk space and an
  unknown amount of traffic.
<Lo-lan-2> Ouch.
<Raf> Note: 5Gb is an upper limit.
<Lo-lan-2> You want to talk to wiggy there, I'm not competent with this kind
  of considerations :-)
