It's the link from this webpage, and I still get the error:

Click 'Browse CVS' on right side...

But thanx for giving a correct URL, because now I know the problem:

a missing '/' in the URL on the above page...

The link on the above page is:

http://cvs.alioth.debian.org/cgi-bin/cvsweb.cgi?cvsroot=pkg-bioc

As seen in the first URL, there is a '/' missing just after cvsweb.cgi
on Alioth's CVS page... likely for all projects, not just pkg-bioc.
