Hi Dirk,

Thanks for your kind invitation. However, I don't actually know anything 
about bioconductor. I'm actually just trying to install it for a friend.

However, if you have any light tasks that need doing, I'd be happy to 
help, though I don't have too much time to spend on this. Eg. beta 
testing, manually adding dependencies to packages when your scripts don't 
work, etc. I see your scripts use perl. Unfortunately, I don't use perl, 
so can't be of much help there.

Can I ask about your plans for the Debian Bioconductor packages? I 
assume they are too large to put in the main archive, so are you planning 
to maintain them on an auxiliary mirror?

BTW, my research group is looking for a sys admin/software development 
person. If you know of any competent person who might be interested, 
please let me know.
