Having read this again, I realise I am not sure what you mean. Could you 
explicate, please?

Do you mean that you are going to be putting Debian packages for CRAN and 
BioC in one (unofficiai) place? If so, what would that be? Why not put it 
on the respective site, eg CRAN and bioconductor.org?
