[pkg-bioc] what's up?

Hi all,

I'm back from vacation, and started up creating amd64 debs for CRAN packages 
again. You might have seen the commits to Alioth...

After 276+ build debs, I found that most actually compile... I know there are 
many things to do before we get a stable repository, but does anyone have 
space to put online these debs? As a first experimental archive...? We can 
use Alioth for this, correct?

I've also been thinking to file compile problems as bugs on Alioth, but we 
don't have a bugs section for our project. Ideas?
