i've attached a *really stupid* script that i was working on a while back
- trying to codify how this all works for other people.
feel free to do whatever you like with it. its just a shell script, that
i was running on debian unstable, building packages that i needed here
locally. i'm not sure whether or not it even still works :) I may have
run some of the parts by hand.
we probably need a script something like this in a package (make-cran,
make-bioc), much like the make-kpkg or java-package scripts. i'd just as
soon see the dependencies held to a minimum, which probably means sh
syntax and the minimal perl that is already in use.
