No. As you will see, the 'recipe' scales as CRAN packages build so well under
an automated system. So we may as well build everything we can legally [ so
drop non-free for now ] and technically [ some are Win only etc ]

That list was from the top of my head and for illustration only. I suggest
you start by getting the existing script from CVS, use it for a bit and we
all [ who are willing to participate ] think about how to do it better.
Congrats to Andrew for finishing the exams. Nothing but summer ahead for a
while ...
