sorry, yes, this are the bits that should go to our wiki page ...  pkg-bioc is 
a symbolic link to our project's space. I have that for all my projects on 
alioth and somehow forgot that others might not have that ...

pkg-bioc -> /org/alioth.debian.org/chroot/home/groups/pkg-bioc

yes, for now it is all on one, please wait for the amd64 for another while :-/
We would need a better parsing of the packages file and respect the 
architecture for the eligibility check, right?
