Sorry, there aren't any.  We once had r-bioc-repostools but as reposTools has
been deprecated at BioC itself, it is now gone too. 

For Quantian, I install all bioc sources directly into /usr/local.  There is
however a somewhat-dormant project at alith.debian.org where we try to write
scripts to generate Debian packages from CRAN and/or BioC sources, and every
now and then someone runs it and leaves the .deb packages somewhere. I will
CC the group, maybe someone can help you.
