Update of /cvsroot/pkg-bioc/tools/patches
In directory alioth:/tmp/cvs-serv16692/patches
Added Files:
	01_biobase_string.dpatch
Log Message:
* Allowing patches
  - patches of all packages of all repositories are collected
in a folder 'patches' and added to CVS. This should be
symbolically linked from wherever the cran2deb.pl script
    is executed.
  - No attempt is made to deduce the name of the package
from the name of the patch. Instead the hash 'hasPatches'
refers to an array hash that lists all patch files relative
to that patches folder. This way one could apply a single
patch easily to multiple packages, not that this is a likely
    or critical szenario.
* Biobase package is now functional.
  - prepared patch for something that appeared as a typo to me
s/1L/1/ but may have been a new R 2.5 feature that I am not
    aware of.
  - added patch to patch folder and registered it with cran2deb.pl
  - a patch to the cdbs rules was submitted independently to the
    mailing list.
