	bioc_update.sh 
Log Message:
A script to install the version of BioC that fits the version of R used
locally to the folder "source" of the current working directory. This
is requested to be the same directory that also holds the build and html
directories for BioC and thus these directories are also created.

Many thanks to Dirk for kindly kicking me into implementing it for CVS
rather than leaving the rather minimalistic version on the Wiki.
