* Successfully tested on Omegahat package RCurl
* Fixed detection of binary packages
* Removed -Indep specification for build-deps 
  since all packages specified are required for
  the compilation and the dep-indep thingy hence
  does not matter. If I am not erroneous then this
  policy violation was somewhen mid-2006 reminded
  on Debian-Announce or I understood something wrong.
