Well, ...
* Undid the noclobber hack for wget which does not seem to work in
  conjunction with the R-internally set -O option which redirects
  the output.
* The download script is now called with the "all" option and that
  is changed to make it look at all the files in all folders.
  This surprisingly works ... and works .... and works ... sigh.
  Is anybody interested in dmdrosophila2dmrefseqprobe_8.2.0.tar.gz ?
