* Fixed typo preventing installation of ScSCI package
* cran2deb now knows if a package is already installed or not
  ... not that this information would be used for anything at the moment
  ... except for more text on STDOUT.
  I am just getting this out since I feel that with some
    sudo dpkg -i  or sudo apt-get install
  the current situation could be dramatically improved, at least once
  the build order is adapted to the dependencies more. Other suggestions
  are welcome.
