Addressing proper handling of dependencies
* apt-get install libgraph-perl
  and use the library now
* dependencies read from DESCRIPTION file are not
  used yet, which breaks the current loop structure
Could eliminate some code with the library. The extended
use of the SQLite DB become more and more of an issue
in order to avoid untaring too many files to retrieve
the info from the DESCRIPTION file.
