[pkg-bioc] Proposal for a pkg-bioc Logo

Hi, over the last days my wife (Claudia) and I sat over a Logo for some 
science/statistics associated Debian. We came up with a sandclock composed by 
Tux's feet and producing the Debian Swirl .. the latter is upside down ... 
but ... to turn the world is part of what science is for, isn't it.

Something must be broken with the ImageLink on Debian's MoinMoin wiki .... or 
I was too stupid. The placement of the image is clumsy, or non-existing, but, 
anyway, I'd love to learn about your feedback about this logo-wannabe at
http://wiki.debian.org/AliothPkgBioc

And someone more knowledgeable than me please scale and reposition the .png.
