[pkg-bioc] Some error/warning reports

Hi!

I checked out the sources and tried the process of setting up the system 
for building the packages. I get some errors/warnings (shown bellow) 
with my ubuntu box (7.04). Can anyone comment on:

- why do I get "==: unexpected operator" errors/warnings
- where do I get proper GPG keys
- how to test build of R2WinBUGS package (I am interested in the later 
as WinBUGS works under wine and wine should be added into depends field)
