[pkg-bioc] Required packages

Hi!

Should not pbuilder package be added to wiki and/or cran2deb.pl? 
Additionally, there seems to be an error (deleted command) in wiki - 
last terminal command looks like

sh ./r_pkg_prepare.sh --create-
