[pkg-bioc] Some error/warning reports

Sounds like a lovely idea.  Probably not in the next few weeks, though -- 
kind of tied up right now.  Gotta go to Sturgis, Michigan this weekend as 
one committment, then the next weekend to Tennessee for a family reunion 
type event.

Getting tired of driving all over the place....
