I once changed from the array representation to a hash, I cannot exclude to
have build them without noticing, though. It is quite a while ago.

The RCurl package - is it in omegahat or in bioc? The prior, isn't it? Somehow
the build script has gone crazy on that one for the biomaRt package.

I found BioMart to show the maintainer's email address shortened by the
final ">" in the control file. Please keep an eye on more such misshaps. I
presume this to have derived from an earlier cran2deb.pl initiation.

Cheers,

Steffen (away for a week now)
