* Fixed problem with autovars I had introduced myself in the transition to a hash (sorry, David),
  left my extra asserts in the code that helped tracking it down as kind of some extra security.
* Did someone of you notice that r-bioc-graph is platform-dependent ... I only wanted to work 
  on the NETTAB slides while traveling and now started to compile it all again for this amd64
  notebook. Should a good soul feel like it: The download in r_pkg_update.pl downloads all
  packages, no matter if it is platform dependent or not and possibly already in our shared
  repository.
* Should we possibly deprecate the use of "bioc" as a repository name? I think this is mostly
  historic and should go ... bioc-1.9 and bioc-2.0 are the current ones, I think. probably
  bioc-1.9 can go now, too.
