I think you're right on track, with this. Sounding great.

i was planning to mirror the primary repository on a host @ indiana.edu,
at least for a while. if necessary i can probably negotiate my interim
plan into a more stable situation (e.g. one that will survive for a while
after I leave IUB...) for the long-term.
we kinda need a CRAN mirror around here anyway, you know?
