Log Message:
* added the --installRequiredPackages=pbuilder in cran2deb 
  (still some small build dependencies problems but it's working smoothly)
* construct the pbuilder image automatically with r_pkg_prepare.sh --update-all
* rewrote the QA test (cran2deb) in a more modular way
* added in r_pkg_prepare.sh a local copy of apt.conf suport for apt|pbuilder request.
