[pkg-bioc] oops .. cowbuilder does not want the way I want it to

Did you kill the script once ? If yes, I now. Try not to kill the
script and to do the following "touch stop" in the tools-ng directory.
I think that I docummented this part on the wiki.
If this is not the case, ping me again.
