| ok the tools-ng build is working nicely ;)
| in 4 days, I have build on a single Desktop slow P4 (>3years old) about

| omegahat ~17 / 45
| bioc-2.0 ~800 / 1362

|
| on of the recurrent lintian errors is :
| N: Processing binary package r-cran-aami (version 1.0.1-0.r2d.1) ...
| W: r-cran-aami: binary-nmu-uses-old-version-style 1.0.1-0.r2d.1

| N: The version number of a binary NMU should be formed by appending
| '+b'
| N: and a digit to the source version. This version scheme is
| N: special-cased by the archive software. The -x.x.x version number
| style
| N: is considered obsolete.
| N:
| N: Refer to Developers Reference, section 5.10.2.1 for details.
|
| The source version is Version: 1.0-1
|
| * I reread the manuals, but I am not sure about how to solve it,
| * I know that we discuss the point few month ago.
| Which will be the right version number ? 1.0.1-0 ?

I wouldn't worry about it. There is a reason we called the version $X.r2d.$Y,
and that case is simply not covered in the official Debian manual. As our
packages won't go to Debian anytime soon, it doesn't matter.

[ Technically, I guess a binary NMU is detected when package version number
!= source number. These binary NMUs have a special version number scheme as
described here. ]

[ So if you really want to stop the error message, either add a lintian
silencer or adapt the version number. ]

| But somehow, the build as a proof of concept is working. Building severals
| repository with cross dependencies in one loop automatically is doable.

Nice work my friend!!

| Still more optimization are need.
| I updated the TODO list. I tried to make it more clear in the hope that
| someone (from the mailing-list or not) will took a bullet and solve
| it...

Hopefully I will get a chance to take a look, but my TODOs lists across
different projects are growing too, so sorry if I don't get to it too soon :-/
