Hi team,

I've made 3 new repositories:

 * litecoin (moved from collab-maint)
 * cgminer
 * cpuminer

Litecoin should be ready but miners are not finished (although working).

I'm not sure if I've managed to set up hooks properly. There is incomplete 
"setup-repository" script that I used to create repositories but it needs 
update.

It works fine with ocl-icd-opencl if one of the *-opencl-icd packages is 
available.

To me bgfminer looks like redundant fork of cgminer -- they didn't even bother 
to mention how are they different. Maybe this information was published to 
board somewhere but I'm not that deeply into mining to know...
