[Pkg-bitcoin-devel] Litecoin package looks good

Hi Scott,

Ironically I'm not sure if I'll be using Litecoin. I played with it a bit to 
understand bitcoin better. 

I fear to bring the maintenance burden to Debian when there are doubts if 
package is useful. Litecoin is hardly useful now, besides playing mining 
games. 

I'd like to wait a bit to see if there are anyone who'd like to use Litecoin 
on Debian...

However I trust you with decision when to upload if you want to do that.
