I got rid of the pkg-bitcoin repo and merged everything into collab-maint.

BPO requires a package to exist in testing unless there is a security
update. I took this to be a security update (but it really is bigger
than that), but maybe the best thing to do is to remove it from BPO.

My interest in putting it into unstable is that there are a good
number of people that apt-pin from unstable (or distros that pull from
our unstable), and if we have a good package ready for upload that
fixes a bunch of bugs - I'd rather it go up for testing sooner than
later.

How about we wait until they release 0.7.2 (bug fix release) that is
coming up shortly. That is supposed to be the last release prior to
0.8 (which will include a bunch of other changes). Then we can upload
slightly more stable code and those that use unstable packages can
benefit from it.

Thanks again Jonas,
Scott
