[Pkg-bitcoin-devel] cgminer: dropping "--enable-ztex"

Hi Scott,

I just updated "cgminer" and noticed that you enabled "--enable-ztex" build 
option despite my comment in debian/rules that ztex is licensed as GPL-2 
(only) and therefore shall not be linked with cgminer because the latter is 
licensed as GPL-3+. Also your change reverted one of my previous commits.

You left my comment untouched so I wonder if I missed anything or if my 
understanding of licensing is correct and we should drop "--enable-ztex"?
