Hello all,

I just saw this [1] commit

1) We got our wrapper script from upstream, which has now dropped for
being "stupid." I'm in favor of staying in line with upstream and
dropping our wrapper as well. Any comments?

2) We took upstream's manpage and example conf file and copied it into
the debian/directory. If upstream is maintaining it, why don't we just
ship upstream's and stop maintaining a second one? There will be some
lintian warnings about minus signs used as hyphens in upstream's
version (that we have already fixed), but we can submit a pull
upstream to fix that. They also don't have a bitcoin-qt man page, we
can send them ours.

~Scott
