So far, every platform has been packaging the two together, but I can 
certainly work on making it easier to split them apart. For now, I've fixed 
the libblkmaker bug in git (thanks for the report). I'll probably get to 
enabling BFGMiner to use a system libblkmaker install tomorrow sometime.
