This is only library yet, but its packaging is (almost?) finished as
far as I'm concerned. Generally library packaging is more difficult so
from packaging prospective perhaps most work is already done.

As for "bfgminer" packaging at this time it is "Frankenstein" package
stitched from parts of cgminer packaging. The most time consuming task
would be copyright review. I'll commit some time later (when I can)
and I'll let you know.

Scott, when you have a moment could you please briefly review
"libblkmaker" packaging? So far I didn't have a chance to do much of
library packaging so I'm wondering if everything is all right. Thanks!
