Sure, it was as much an offer to help as anything. I'll refrain from filing
such bugs in the future...

Yeah, copyright review can take quite some time. Haven't looked into that
myself, yet.

I didn't need to do any changes to the packaging, other than adding an updated
debian/changelog with the new version. I also used the hashonce and devapi
bugfixes from git; they seemed worth including.

I've only tested it with gridseeds, but could probably give a test with an old
GPU I had used in the past...
